Scope of Project: Built in 1911, the Trinity Court Hospital served as an admitting hospital until the mid-1950s. After that, it was used for a nursing home and then remained vacant for much of the 1990’s. Vanadis Investment Group took on the challenge of converting the building’s dormant 28,000 square feet into 22 fully ADA accessible, multi-family apartment units designed for tenants with developmental or physical disabilities.  

Vanadis Investment Group provided financial consulting, construction management and tenant lease-up for this project.  

Result: Trinity Court Place Apartments was dedicated in September 1999. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has made a wonderful home to disabled residents. Vanadis Investment Group served as the project’s turn-key developer, managing the development from conceptual planning stages all the way through to the initial lease-up.
