Scope:
St. Anthony’s Senior Living Apartments development consisted of converting the 1937 National Register building into 23 senior living apartments and constructing seven new buildings adjacent to the main structure. The main building is a three-story, Art Deco-inspired brick and stone structure of approximately 18,135 square feet.
As the turn-key developer for the $3 million project, Vanadis Investment Group has played a huge role in creating living space that meets the demands of the senior rental housing market. We provided consulting assistance on the design, financial packaging, project management and initial tenant lease-up.
Result:
This $3 million development is a huge success. Open since January 2005, the project provides the amenities that senior tenants deserve and expect.
