Scope: Located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas, Pleasant Crossing is being developed where the region comes together for lifestyle retailing and power center shopping in a unique atmosphere. Through development projects like this one, Vanadis Investment Group has helped turn historic buildings and other sites into creative living and working space for communities across the central United States.
Vanadis was the developer for the first phase of the project. For this phase, Vanadis developed close to 400,000 square feet of retail space that includes the 200,000 square foot Wal-mart Supercenter and the 200,000 square foot Power Center.
