CEO and President

As CEO and founder of Vanadis 3, Paul maintains daily operations and development decisions, manages real estate investments, and manages tax credit funds for investors and clients (including historic tax credits, affordable housing credits and new market tax credits. In addition to his role at Vanadis 3, Paul is an executive broker and a managing member of Newmark Grubb Arkansas, a Northwest Arkansas regional brokerage and management firm. Prior to starting his own firm, Paul built an impressive track record in the banking industry. He served as a commercial real estate banker and financial analyst for 10 years at Bank One in Dallas, Citizens First Bank, and Nations Bank (now known as Bank of America) in Little Rock. Paul's wealth of experience in commercial real estate as well as financial analysis – he was a commercial banker for 10 years – has earned him his reputation as a respected developer and broker in the real estate market. Paul is active in local, state and federal legislative and governmental affairs in Arkansas. He promotes more effective economic development tools and is the co-founder of Downtown Arkansas, a state-wide economic development group promoting these endeavors. Paul is a frequent speaker at urban redevelopment and financial conferences across the United States. 

Awards and Accomplishments : Paul holds a B.S. in Finance and Latin American Studies from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas; he has a Master’s in Business Administration from UALR. In 2009, Arkansas Business recognized Vanadis 3's part as the core developer of the downtown North Little Rock Argenta District redevelopment effort. In 2005, the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program awarded Vanadis 3's projects with the xcellence in Preservation through Rehabilitation award. In 2007, Paul was honored with the "One to Watch" Award for the business having significant impact on the Arkansas economy. Paul is a repeat winner of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Housing's Project of the Year Award and was the winner of the 2000 Urban Planning Award. His housing projects have been featured on HGTV with Bob Vila and in the Wall Street Journal.
