Education: Paul earned his
Bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Latin American Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas; he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Experience:
Prior to starting his own firm, Paul built an impressive track record in the banking industry. He served as a commercial real estate banker and financial analyst for 10 years at Bank One in Dallas, Citizens First Bank, and Nations Bank (now known as Bank of America) in
Little Rock.
Responsibilities:
Paul’s responsibilities at Vanadis Investment Group include the management of all real estate investment, operations and development decisions.
Accomplishments:
Paul has accepted the award for Housing Project of the Year in 1999 and 2000 by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority and the 2000 Urban Planning Award. His projects have been featured on HGTV with Bob Vila and in the
Wall Street Journal. Also, in 2005, the State of
Arkansas Historic Preservation Program awarded Vanadis Investment Group with projects for one of its clients. Paul is a frequent speaker at urban redevelopment and financial conferences across the
United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in
Arkansas and a partner in the commercial real estate brokerage company, V3 Partner, LLC.
