Hot Springs
High School
is a historic icon in its own right. This building,
once the graduating high school of former President Bill Clinton, went unused
for a time. The 35,000 square-foot building is being put to good use today,
thanks to Vanadis Investment Group and all of the development team members. Vanadis Investment Group led the building’s
transformation from a high school building to a 32-unit housing complex
designed specifically for handicapped persons.
Vanadis Investment Group provided consulting
services on the conceptual design, financial planning and overall project
management.
Result:
This
$4.3 million development utilizes universal design features for handicapped
tenants. The development has been open since September 2005, and remains full
to capacity.
