officer for Grubb & Ellis | Solomon Partners. Fletcher’s
previous positions have included his

manager and later commercial properties broker for Dickson Flake Partners,
Inc.; and real estate consultant for Southwestern Bell Wireless, subsequently
Cingular Wireless.
