Scope: Donaghey Court Phase I developed as the result of a joint effort by Family Service Agency, Inc. and Individual Living Services to provide support services for disabled individuals. Vanadis Investment Group served as turn-key developer for the $3.5 million project. Phase I consisted of 40 garden-style residential units, each equipped with “universal handicap design amenities.”
Donaghey Court Phase II, like its predecessor, will consist of residential units that are accessible and adaptable to persons with disabilities. Construction is scheduled for early 2008, and will result in 32 garden-style units of affordable housing. As developer, Vanadis Investment Group will work with team members to make this $4.2 million project a success.
