Scope: Donaghey Court Development was developed in Faulkner County, Arkansas to accommodate and attract individuals with disabilities. It consists of 40 garden-style residential units, each equipped with “universal handicap design amenities.”

Donaghey Court developed as the result of a joint effort by Family Service Agency, Inc. and Individual Living Services to provide support services for disabled individuals. Vanadis Investment Group served as turn-key developer for the $3.5 million project.

Result: Since its open in December 2004, Donaghey Court has maintained full tenant capacity and has earned high marks among its residents. They enjoy the independence and functionality of having everything they need right at their fingertips.
