Result:
Vanadis Investment Group embraced the task of turning this valuable empty space into 145 loft apartments strengthened by a variety of commercial tenants. The Block 2 Lofts development has brought more downtown living to the ever-growing Rivermarket District of downtown
Little Rock. Loft tenants enjoy such amenities as secured underground parking, onsite management, home office capabilities and incredible high rise views of the
Arkansas River and the downtown skyline.
