Scope of Project: Argenta Square is a beautiful example of urban redevelopment involving both new construction and historic restoration. It entailed the transformation of weed lots and empty rental housing in a once populated area. Just a block from Main Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Argenta Square represents the beginning to a much-needed multifamily component that is vital to North Little Rock’s downtown revitalization plans.

As development consultant to Argenta Community Development Corporation, Vanadis Investment Group served as turn-key developer. As such, we managed the entire project from conceptual design and land acquisition all the way through to construction completion and initial tenant lease-up.

Result: Argenta Square provides 56 apartment units on one city block – a kick start to the residential density desired for continued redevelopment of this downtown core.

Located near the well-known Argenta Historic District, the 60,000 square-foot development provides updated multifamily amenities with an architectural face that mirrors many of the architectural elements prevalent throughout the Historic District.
