Scope: A flagship project for New Argenta Development Group, Argenta Place fills in a key corner of the downtown (Broadway and Main) and serves as a catalyst to further development. Located along the trolley line at Broadway and Main, this development is convenient to Verizon Arena, Dickey Stephens Ballpark, and all that downtown Argenta has to offer.

The development lot, formerly vacant, has been transformed to perfectly blend with North Little Rock's historic downtown Argenta District. To better match the scale of surrounding buildings, the Main Street elevation is visually broken into two distinct parts; however, the circulation inside will convey a natural flow. There, the two parts are connected via a central lobby and fire stairs at each end.

As the developer for the project, Vanadis 3 is working with project team members to prepare this three-story, 27,000 square-foot space for residents and patrons alike. Retail and office space, first-class restaurants and upscale residential condos - they're all here in this beautiful construction by Nabholz Construction, Cromwell Architects - Engineers, and Vanadis 3. Residential condo ownerscan look forward to private, covered parking, balconies and a tranquil roof deck. 

Vanadis 3 is proud to welcome Cregeen's Irish Pub, one of the main tenants already open on the first floor. The pub, which opened for business in October 2007, features Millwork, bar and other furnishings native to Ireland.
